The "Daily Chronicle's" Milan correspondent states that tho capture of Lovtehen brings a bitter and sorrowful disillusionment to the press and the great mass of people. He considers it equals a grave national defeat. The "Secolo" states that Mont&lCgrG ja left with 25,000 defenders and resembles ' Serbia. ■ It is feared that tho Austrian* will sweep over Northern Albania—another exasperating instance of -"too late.'*-*-
