ROME, Jan. 10. -The Milan "Secolo"' announces that M. Radoslavoff stated: "The Bulgarian pact provides that all the territory we take becomes our own. ( CAPTURE OF SALONIKA WILL BE COSTLY. A GERMAN OPINION. "LONDON, Jan. 10. Major Moraht, writing in the "Tageblatt," says he expects the- German commanders to strike before the new Russian assault is effective. He warns the public that the Salonika of the strongest, and their capture will cost much blood. The Allies regard Salonika as the fvrst position in the defence of Egypt.
