-CONSTANTINE LEAVES A CLEAR FLELD. LONDON, Jan. 3. Crawford Price, who has had an interview with King Constantine, is' convinced that he. is honest and not.proand wishes to avoid guarrelling .with" Germany or Allies. The King states " there is no 'secret understanding w;ith Bulgaria. He attaches no importance to and sees no use for the occupation of Castellorizo (off theicoast of Asia Minor). ."Referring to Anglo-Greek ': relations, the King said : "The umbrage 1 felt at your actions has quite passed, arid as.'aßesult harmony now ;preyails at Salonika;. I do not desire anything but the closest friendship with. Britain." It is .manifestly absurd to suggest that I have harboured, hostility against Britain, but at the saiiie time I will not be forced put-of neutrality." Mr Price asked: 'What will you do if the Bnlgars attack us ?" . King- Coristantine replied: "You will have a clear field."
