The decision regarding the strike is-.con-fined to socialists who are influential but represent a small minority. The men in some collieries threaten to strike whatever the leaders decide. Mr Clem Edwards ia an ..urgent appeal to the miners not ...to .strike said that coal, was, the very life,blood of the fleet.
