It is believed that the outbreak is under control. The vessel has a heavy cargo of ammunition. The -—rnneha'ha, is returning- to JJaldfax. The fire is irepoi*tedi 'to be due to afhi explosion. It is believed here that German sympathisers hid bombs aboard.
