Puss Association. —Copxbuqhx.v (Rec. Mav 12, 8.55 a.m.) LONDON, May 11. Sir Edward G-rey, in reply to a question in the House of Commons, said there was no understanding between Britain and Japan regarding the spheres of influence in regard, to minerals and railways in China.
