Friday* There has been no rain yet, except a shower on- Friday morning. Very little : sickness has occurred in camp. On':field-''day,'next' Friday, extensive and interesting operations will be carried out. The usual Easter service's were held on Friday and Sunday, and were largely A Church parade was held on Sunday afternoon. There is noticeable improvement in the drill. \ . The men are keen and willing to learn. ' The voluntary competitions arc being promoted between.- platoons, and these are' leading to increased efficiency. The _ men are looking brown and fit. ■We will leave camp on Saturday morning early," and arrive in town*" at' 8 a MX. and - march through town'.'
