AGREEMENT WITH THE NORTON - GRIFFITHS CO. COMPLETED. (Paiaa Association. —(Jofxbight.) (Received 9.55 a.m.) SYDNEY. This Day. The agreement between the Norton Griffiths "Coy. and the. State Government, has been completed. It- provides that the firm will carry out public works to the extent of £4.000,000 in the first, year and £10.000.000 altogether.
