Defendants were Linda Elizabeth Hadley and others, and among the signatories to the memorandum of Association were Sir James Carroll, John Andrew Millar, and Michael Francis Bourne, the first directors. "The action was a summons by the liquidator of the Company. The summons was dismissed, and the question of costs reserved till to-morrow.
