NORWAY ANGRY
THREAT TO STOP TRADE WITH GERMANY. "NO SECURITY FOR NEUTRAL SHIPS." (Received Feb. 19, 1.10 p.m.) CHRISTIANIA, Fob. 18. The German proclamation, has angered Norway, which threatens to stop trade with Germany. The German Ambassador stated that next week would see embittered fighting on the British coast. Germany was unable to offer neutral ships any security.
