Bench Division granted an application to consolidate Summers's libel action against six newspapers,. arising out. of his fight with Morey in Newbourne. SYDNEY, Feb. 18. The Belgian welterweight Henri Demlia has arrived, under engagement to the Stadium. He fought at Liege, and escaped to Holland, and thence to England. His two brothers were killed in the war, and a third is still fighting. As soon as his engagements have been filled he will return to rejoin the ranks.
