Won. by a length. Time, 1.29 3-5. Woodville Cup; 1£ miles: Sir Alba 1, Hiwitapu 2, Sir Donald 3. Half-way down the straight Sir Alba shot out, and, maintaining the lead, won comfortably by a length, half a length separating serond and third. Time, 2.9. Champagne Stakes, for two-year-olds; 6 furlongs : Adjutant 1, Snub 2, Recorder 3. Won by a neck. Time, 1.17 3-5. Dunedin Cup; 1£ mies: Warstep 1, Ogier 2, Specialform 3. Ggier came with a great run, but was defeated by half a head, with Specialform two lengths awav. Time, 2.36. Apprentices' Plate; 6 furlongs : Teviotdale 1, Dorothy Perking 2, Coroniform 3.
