Prices showed an advance on last saleoi a penny to 2d, some classes advancing a much' as 3d. The demand was principally for super halfbred- and super crossbred. Although there w.as a slightly better demand for a few good lots the Merino market for this class cannot be said to show any change. The highest price of the sale so far. is 15pd for a ■"ot of super half-bred'ewes, being a record for the Dominion this season. One clip of 194 bales averaged 14d for all sorts.
