WANTS TO GOTO THE FRONT. LONDON, Dec. 16. The Copenhagen correspondent of the Paris journal "Le Temps," says: "The Kaiser, although his condition is serious, has vowed *;/> quit his bed and proceed to the westai'u battlefield, despite the supplications ot" the 'Kaiserin and the advice of the doctors."
