ITALIAN ATTACHE WOUNpED. (Rec. "Dec. 18. 12.55 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Dec. 17 ; \n official report by the American Government relates that after the' British and French Consuls took refuge in the Italian Consulate at Hodeida, in Arabia, Ottoman military surrounded the Consulate and'firing, began, whena an Italian attache was wounded. The British Consul then surrendered. The Turkish Governor accused _tlie Italian Consul of firing on Turkish troops. . , Italian warships arrived opportune!} and took the Italian Consul aboard. The warship remained offshore iintii Italy had presented demands for the release of the other Consuls, which, was later effected.
