INTERNAL SITUATION CONTINUES SATISFACTORY.

The internal situation continues to be satisfactory . The news of -Admiral Stui> dee's victory had all excellent effect. The prices of commodities arc high., but they are being controlled. Wild rumours still circulate in tile Bazaars, ranging from a report that theKing was captured by a Zeppelin to another that he is hiding in a fort at Bombay, disguised as ail Indian, or that the Kaiser has appointed Gernjlan judges to sit with the English judges. Every effort is being made to reassure the credulous, both in British India, and the Native States." i
