MINES.
LONDON, Dec. 16. At the Bulwark inquiry it was made clear from the evidence of eye-witnesses and divers that no torpedoes or mines could have been used. Examination proved that there was no external damage to the hull. Experts opine that the exact cause of the accidental ignition, of the ammunition will never be, known.
