There were artillery duels at Arras, in the Aisne, and the Champagne district, where we gained a clear advantage at several points. We repelled attacks at Montmari Wood and also west of Cernay. ENEMY'S SPY SYSTEM BROKENDOWN. LONDON, Dec. 15. Ihe growing frequency of the German aeroplane flights indicate that the spv system has broken down in consequence of a special French effort.
