INTER-COLLEGIATE BOAT RACE

WANGANUI, This Day.
The inter-Collegiate four-oared boat race was rowed on the Wanganui B-iyer to-day, and resulted, in a win for the local crew by three lengtlis from Waitaki High School., 'Christchurch High School a, length further away, and 'Christ's College 'a foot away 'fourth. A gale of wind was ■blowing, and to some extent spoilt the race. Christchurch. High School led for a quarter of a mile, when Wanganui look command and gradually drew away.
