TKAGEDY AT MELBOURNE. {PSBSI ASSOCIATION.;— -COPSMiQHT.) (Received 10,35 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. Mrs Pugsley, a farmer's wife, and two children were shot dead and a third child seriously wounded . The husbandleft home early and when he returned he found that a tragedy had occurred. The police arrested an Indian hawker who had served in the Indian army, and who was recßntly xuideT the delusion that Tore trying to poison him.
