(Pussa Association. —Copxright ) (Received 10,35 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Mr Fisher's claim against the secretary of the New South. Wales Liberal Association, for £IO,OOO for alleged libel contained in a leaflet reporting a supposed interview with the late Mr Stead on the loyalty of the Empire, has been settled out- of court, the defendant retracting the allegations of disloyalty.
