Cook and is proceeding in the Magistrate's Court., it is alleged that- Cramcnd received the monies in the course of the firm's busiand had not accounted for ,them in the usual manner, and also that he drew cheques in the.■''firm's name rind cashed them, leaving the\ butts of the cheque forms not filled in.
