SYDNEY, May 28. The driver, Irwin, and. fireman, Terret. of the Temora mail train, which met with the acident on March 14th, have been discharged from the railway ser"vice. Irwin states that he was not guilty of any carelessness or neglect of duty, and that he told tlje truth regarding the signals. He did not expect dismissal.
