After fifteen months' experiments the Royal Aircraft Factory- has produced, a biplano which is declared to bo tho safest yet constructed'. It is able to fly uncontrolled. Colonel Seely, ex-Secretory of State for War, states that its stability is entirely due to its shape. It has been submitted tp nil danger tests, and went through them in perfect safety. It is understood thai the Government will keep the design secret. The King. .when witnessing the exhibition flights, exclaimed*, "Why haven't you a- hundred of these?" SYDNEY, May 21.
