Numerous cases o>f importance, including mooted questions of international law, will be decided at the International Tribune of Arbitration, which begins its second session at Washington to-mor-row. A commission will be created by treaty to adjust all the outside pecuniary clainis of. the United States and Great Britain. 'lt is expected to hear 26 cases, ten American and 16 British. It will lie interesting historically, and of great importance to the State of New York. The British claim 1,000,000 dollars on behalf of Kakugo Indians, Canada based on the grounds of withholding from them annuities pledged under the treaty of Ghent. The Americans claim for the heirs of William Webster for lands in New Zealand purchased by Webster 70 years ago. A similar claim is for 1.000,000 dollars by the heirs of the American Studer for rubber lands at Jon ore, whose concessions were vacated by the British Government.
