(Received March 6. 8.55 a.m.) CAPETOWN, March 5. After a contonuous 24 hours' debate, it was decided by a majority of 10 to 6 to retain the deporteds' names in the Banishment Clause. Ministers are relentless on this point, and stolidly ignored repeated requests to specify charges against the deporteds. The debate is still continuing. Mr Andrews, a Labourite, hinted at a possibility of the workers of Britain refusing to handle South African products.
