NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nelson City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-men-tioned Acts, to execute certain PublicWorks—namelv, the providing of land to be used ai Pleasure, or Recreation Grounds, and for the purposes of such Public Works the Lands described in the Schedule hereto required to be taken.
