Massey, sneaking today on Earl Grey's Dominion House (London) proposals, said:— : "New Zealand has taken -no action -with regard to the proposed Dominion' House scheme As ■& matter of fact, we have arranged for new offices to be erected on a prominent' site in the Strand. ihe foundation stone will be ;> laid shortly by h-s Majesty the King." * _ '
