Mr Holman that the Government terms of settlement were no"t acceptable, and all negotiations are"" off for the present as far as they were concerned. They also desired to discontinue ' the depots system from to-morrow, and revert to the ordinary conditions, opening all shops fCr employers' business. It is estimated that' 80 per cent, of the shops will be selling to-morrow, and the bidante in a few days. The employers will do their own killing and carting. The' employees were invited to apply for reinstatement on terms disclosed on ap- ; plication. j
