NEW ARRANGEMENTS TO BE MADE. (Pkkss Association.— Copyright.) LONDON, March 3. Mr Harcourt, in *»ply to a question in the House of Commons, said the Govgernments of the Commonwealth, ana New Zealand would be consulted before any new arrangement regarding the Now Hebrides was made. Mr F. D. Acland, Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, in reply to Sir C. Kinloch-Cooke, said he was not aware that the Commonwealth was prepared to entertain a suggestion that it should acquire the French rights in the New Hebrides by purchase or exchange. The British Government did not intend to purchase or agree to the surrended of territory elsewhere in exchange. , The lucky No. 10 is the beverage oi the most critical judges.* } ■ ,
