HOME RULE, EARLY INTRODUCTION OF THE BILL PROMISED. (Pb«8» Association.—Copxriqhx.) LONDON, March 3. Mr Bonar Law, at question time in the House of Commons, intimated that the financial business would be accelerated if the .Government undertook to introduce the Irish Home Rule Bill directly "the necessary finance business was completed. Mr Asquith replied giving the undertaking. STATEMENT ON MONDAY. (Rec. 'March 4. 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, March 3. Mr Asquith promised to make a- statement re Home" Rule concessions on Monday, when moving the second' reading of the Home Rule Bill. THE T'LSTER VOLUNTEERS. LONDON, March 3. Owing to the recruits at Belfast exceeding 100,000 in number, the inefficients are being weeded out, and formed into corps of stretcher bearers and ambulance units. A dozen aeroplanes have been offered, and mounted squadrons are being organised. !
