POWERS ARRIVE AT DECISION.

ATHENS. Feb. 14.
, The Powers have presented a Note intimating that they are giving Greece the islands she occupies except Tenedos, Embros,_and Kasterloryzo. Oreece must guarantee that they will not be used for military or naval purposes, and that Moslem rights will be respected. The transfer of dependents and the evacuation of the territory assigned to Albania must be effected by the end of March.
PORTE DISAPPOINTED

The Porte is disappointed with the powers Aegean note. It hoped for an eleventh hour modification. Now, probably an endeavour ■will be made to reach a ' direct understanding with Greece.
