NARROW ESCAPE OF PASSENGER TRAIN 100 LIVES SAVED BY TELEGRAPH OPERATOR. (Passa Association. —CopYaicn.) (Received Feb. 14. 11 a.m.) DENVER, Feb. 13. When the dam at the Great Horse Creek reservoir burst, a hundred feet wall of water swept- down, wrecking a bridge near Hudson, shortly before a passenger train approached. 'Mrs Gammon, a telegraph operator, although endangered by the flood, stuck to her post, and warned the nearest station. The train was flagged in time to save it from destruction, with one hundred and fifty passengers aboard.
