Mr. Bailey, S.M., granted the prayer of a petition of ten electors of the L,m wood ward for a recount of the vote* 'cast'for t,he candidates for the yiiy Council at the recent municipal elections and. ordered that it be conducted under the same conditions as govern, ari o? ficial recount in a general election. Tho recount will take place to-morrow.
