In (he "Matin'" case., regarding charges concerning the Marconi agreement, plaintiff denied the allegations. Mr Samuel. •Isaacs stated that he bought in April 10(000 shares in the America-Marconi Company, which was not financially interested in the British Company, and sold ICOO each to Mr Lloyd George and the Master of Elibank. He lost £I2OO over the deal, and the others a few hundreds each. Defendants made, a withdrawal of the charges, and. judgment was entered for plaintiff with costs.
