AMERICAN CAPITAL. In connection with the Parapara irot. deposits, it is rumoured that an American capitalist is prepared to put down £300,000 to develop the property. We are in a position to state, however, that shareholders of the company have received no official information on the subject, a circular which has been issued to them not bearing the signatures of any of the directors. .
