Fowlds was thanked for all offer of £3OO towards the eost of a meeting of delegates •in Wellington at an early date to consider organisation. The pastors' provident fund now -stands at £3897, an increase of £2lO fori the year. A request for the starting of a branch of the Church at .Ashburton was decl'.Msd, with regret fr-r financial reasons. In the afternoon two papers were read on Bible classes.
