FIFTY AMERICAN TROOPS KILLED. (Fezss Association —Copy«toht.< BRISBANE, Feb. 18. Eastern news by the steamer Changsha states that trouble occurred at Jolo, in the Philippines. The natives rebelled and killed 50 United States troops who were despatched to the scene. Rigorous !rn-astires followed.
