STATEMENT BY THE PREMIER. (United Pkbss Association.) MAR-TON, This Day. The Premier informed a "Rangitekei Advocate" representative this morning that the £3,0U0,000 4 per cent, loan at 98 was being successfully underwritten in London by Mr. Alen. In an interview he considered this exceedingly satisfactory. He has had cables every day fron? London reporting progress, but had not been able before to divulge information.
