INVESTIGATION INTO MONOPLANE ACCIDENTS. (Press Association. —Copyright.) LONDON, Feb: 4. The War Office committee investigating the recent deaths of monoplanists, reports that there is no evidence to show that the monoplane is less stable than the. biplane. Tlie committee suggests regular mechanical inspection of aeroplanes, and the appointment of additional skilled mechanics to each squadron. ITALIAN AVIATOR KILLED. ROME, Feb. 4. An aviator named Nosari was aeroplaning at the Turin aerodrome, where he felrlOO feet, and was killed.
