The miners desire the.: re'restablishm'ent of. o joint coTTciliation committee, wherefroro the proprietors: withdreiw) because .44 stoppages occurred in eight rwonths. The President of the Colliery Employees' Federation points out that half of these were due to Inobservance of the awards of the corrimittee. The men opposed the setting up of a wages board to deal with' the dispute.
