REPORT OF ]HE COMMITTEE DELAYED TILL THIS EVENING. "ALL SORTS OF RUMOURS.' (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELINGTON, This Day. The presentation of the report of the Public Accounts Committee on the operations of the State Guaranteed Advances Department has been delayed owing to pressure in the printing house. It is also understood that the Government wishes the discussion delayed till this evening. The second reading of the State Guaranteed Advances Bill has been postponed till this evening in order to enable the discussion on the report to be taken at the same time as the consideration of the Bill. All sorts of rumours are about respecting the nature of the report, but it is practically assured that there will 'be majority and minority reports. The majority report will probably be found to contain a censure on the methods of the Advances Board and a recommendation that a change be made in the personnel of the 'Board. The minority report will contain a refutation of all the allegations of political influence.
