''The Belle of Newport." and "Mr. ■<A Paris." "Who's William?" is a farcial comedy in three acts by Harry Carver, and its mission in life is to amuse, and in this it succeeds in the tullest senst. It' contains no ambiguous or intricate plot, though its story :s not by any means badly constructed.
