ABANDONMENT OF TOBACCO. {Press Association*. —Copyright.) (Received Jtilv 15, 8..?o a.m.) PARIS. -Juiv 14. Smugglers, using a motor-car. rushed the French frontier and used revolvers upon the pursuers. Finding the way towards Lourcoing barred they escaped, abandoning half a ton of tabacco.
