Commenting upon the, memoir of King Edward VII. in the "Dictionary of National Biography," the "Telegraph" denounces Sir Sidney Lee's gaucherie and tactlessness, and resents particularly the portion dealing with King Edward's action in home politics. It objects to painful and unnecessary revelations concerning living statesiren.
