A PROTEST FROM GISBORNE. 11 kited PuF-ss Association.} GISBORNE, May 17. .Members of the Waikohou County Council to-day spoke in strong terms of protest regarding the limit of the counties to borrow £SOOO from the State Guaranteed Advances Department in a vear. It was thought that the limit indicated a tightness in the money market.
