MR LLYOD GEORGE AND THE DOCTORS. (Press Association. —Copyri^ht.) (Received Mav 8, 10.50 a.m.) LONDON, May 7. Mr. Davies, President of the National Conference of Friendly Societies, says that if the doctors insisted on all the cardinal points in connection with the Insurance Bill, including £4O income limit, the friendly societies would first question it on a commercial basis.' It is semi-officially stated that Mr. Llovd George is now willing to allow the doctors nearly 8s 6d pea' head annually. This would add £1.500,000 yearly cost of the insurance.
