DISCUSSED AT LABOUR CONFERENCE. (United Pres3 Association.} "WELLINGTON, April 10. The Trades and Labour conference this afternoon briefly discussed the Defence Act and decided to set up a committee to act jointlv with one from the Federation of Labour. After making inquiries the joint committee will report to the unity con-ference.
