SHIFTING A TOWNSHIP.
TO A SAFER SITE. (Pkess Association. —Copyright.) OTTAWA, March 12. A special Government commission ordered the removal to another site of the town of Fran'k. Alberta, a, place of 3000 inhabitants. Rock and snow slides from an overhanging mountain imperil tihe residents. Eighty-four lives 'were lost in 1903 ,by a rockslide. A new town is planned some distance fzxn the old.
