OPERATION OF THE HEALTH SECTION. (Press Association. —Copyright.) (Rec. March 12 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 11. Mr C. F. G. Masterman, Home Office Under-Secretary, jn the House of Commons, said that there was no reason why the health section of the Insurance Bill could "hot be brought into operation similarly with the unemployment section, on 15th July.
